After your consultation, a team member will discuss the investment towards your treatment, and we’ll also review our financial policies and payment options with you.
The AEC team spends exclusive time with you to pursue the most appropriate treatment with your best interest in mind. You will never be rushed, and will always receive honest recommendations without dictation by an insurance carrier. For these reasons we accept all major dental insurances, but are considered an out of network provider.
We provide multiple avenues for you to financially cover the care that you deserve. Payment for all services are due at the time of treatment, and payment can be arranged in a variety of ways:

Cancellation: We place high value on the time that you spend with us in our office. Please provide us with 2 business days notice for any changes or cancellations to scheduled appointments so that we may make arrangements to accommodate other patients. Any late cancellations within this 2 business day period will result in a late cancellation fee.
